Halle Berry Super Hot Body

Halle Berry Super Hot Body

Halle Berry had to take her already hot Hollywood physique to the next level for the intensive physical scenes in "Catwoman." Wouldn't you like to know more about how she did it and how her personal trainer helped.

"I've never worked so hard on my body. It's probably the most physical role I've ever done -- most physically demanding,

hardest,"

To get whipped into fighting form, Halle enlisted celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, the man who helped build the bodies of LL Cool J, Orlando Bloom and Angela "Rock Hard" Bassett

"It's hard to take someone who probably has the best body in Hollywood and make it better," Harley Pasternak said.

"But what we had to do was we had to make her strong and we had to give her muscles," revealed Pasternak."She never had muscles before."

Halle explains her fitness regime.

"I did hours of cardio, weights and sit-ups and crunches and squats and dips and jumps," said Halle. "It was insane."

Harley breaks down the work-out routine as follows.

"We did what's called 5-factor fitness. So we worked out five days a week, and each workout had five phases, and each phase was approximately five minutes," explained Pasternak.

They also worked together on a diet plan that would work for Halle.

"Yes, she ate five meals a day. Each meal had to fulfill five criteria and take no more than five minutes to make and any more than 5 ingredients.

Halle made it through with the occasional fried chicken splurge.

"Did she sneak behind your back to have it?" asked Adrianna.

"There was sometimes I'd come into her trailer and she wouldn't be talkative and I'd figure out why she wasn't talkative," laughed Pasternak.
